Kathleen (Kate) Dutill, J.D., LL.M., joined Incenter in 2024 as Chief Legal Counsel.
In her role, she provides legal oversight and counsel for both Incenter and its divisions on a wide range of issues as Incenter expands its solution portfolio.
These include matters related to corporate finance, human resources, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
Kate is also part of the Incenter Tax Solutions leadership team.
She combines a strong background in the lending and servicing industries with a collaborative, problem-solving orientation—supporting Incenter’s goal of moving innovative solutions into the marketplace swiftly and responsibly.
Before joining Incenter, she was Associate Counsel with Cenlar FSB. Earlier, she managed financial services litigation at Ocwen Financial Corporation and GMAC Mortgage, including matters involving escrow/property tax issues.
Kate earned her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, her LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from La Salle University.
